Sample Design Review

After your design is created, we will email you a sample image. We are happy to make as many minor adjustments as needed (such as enlarging the face or changing the fur color) to ensure you are satisfied.＾＾

*If we do not receive a response regarding the sample design within 3 days, we will proceed with printing, assuming you have approved the design.

If Your Item Arrives Damaged

We pack our products securely to ensure they arrive safely; however, depending on shipping conditions, there is a possibility that an item may be damaged. In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery, and we will send a free replacement.
