How to order
① Placing an Order
Go to the page of your preferred costume design.
[1] Select whether you would like High-Resolution Design or Canvas (S or L).
If you are ordering a Pop Paint design, please be careful when adding the number of pets.
If you want 2 pets in the design, the number of additional pets to add is +1.
Press the "Select Image" button to upload your photo.
*If you upload several photos, we will choose the one that best suits the design.
(You can also send the image to hello@petcanva.jp later)
Please refer to the Photo Guide for instructions on how to take the photos.
Click "Add to Cart" to proceed to the [Cart Page].
Customers who purchase a canvas can also purchase high-resolution data for an additional 1,000 yen.
[2] Once you have all your items in your cart, click the checkout button to proceed.
If you forgot to add anything, you can go back by clicking the "Continue Shopping" button.
[3] If you have a coupon, please enter it above and fill in your contact information.
*We will send the sample design to the email address you provided, so please make sure it is correct.

② After Ordering
Our designers will digitally process the image to bring out the unique personality of each of your pets.
Once the sample design is complete, we will send a confirmation email to the pet owner. We will make revisions if necessary, and once you approve, we will proceed to the printing process.
Since that design will be the final version, please let us know if any revisions are required before that point.
After you approve the design, it will take approximately 10–14 business days for the product to arrive at your home.
③ After Receiving Your Product
We hope you enjoy looking at the finished product with your pet.
Capture the memorable moment when your beloved pet sees their own portrait, and feel free to share it with family and friends.
